Dylan will be playing one of his famous psy-ambient sets. If you haven't experienced one of these epic, hysterical and unique sets, i hope you can find the time to make it early for this special set.
Ok i'm completely biased here, but Amanda really is my favorite dj, and for those who have seen her sets lately, they are only getting crazier and more psychedelic.
Ghreg on Earth is our guest of honor, playing from 8 til the end. He is currently working on his album, and...judging from the usual crazyness that ensues on the dance floor when he plays, i'm sure we are in for a nice surprize.
With the Mistress of Evil collective we are hoping to share our passion for dark music, but without a dark vibe... some of the most intense and enlightening experiences i've had have come after intensely dark dancing experiences.
Our focus is on the intention and journey of the party, and the flow of the music around these vital building blocks.

Amanda is my favorite dj too, really awsome brain crunching music, and ghreg writes some awsome apocolypse inducing music.

Wow, what a great nite of music. It really reminded me of the kind of vibe Olli used to have in the late 90's for sure. Anyone remember that benicia party (does that date me?) well, last nite was the best indoor since then. Really amazing, mind expanding music.
Amanda and Ghreg playing back to back, pure ear happiness. I haven't danced that hard since October.
it is so exciting to live in this city right now, and the local sound is now getting a lot of global attention. Amongst all the arguing on the list, we sometimes can lose track of how completely awsome it is to live here, to dance here. we have one of the most creative, exciting scenes in the world. Every time there is a tendancy to want to argue on the list, what I interpret it as is "hey, I haven't danced enough lately, and I am grumpy". Maybe just crank your home stereo and have a one person party. Just an idea.
I for one and very happy to live here.
