hello vrybody
i have a m-audio ozonic firewire midicontroller audio interface, the fucker disconnects from the pc with any smallest tension peak on the power net, for exemple switch on-off the light in the same room, disconnect other electric apparels. the thing is quite annoying when your dancing and the sound suddenly stops and i have to restart pc (~5 minutes)to have it back on track
does anyone have same issue with same or similar products? solutions besides the purchase of a power filtering device?
bye

i enjoy my radium keys and delta soundcard alot , just to not kill the company name.. i dont think its high-end keys tho , but price reflect i guess...
anywayz , ozonic very known for this problem . sell it and get keys+other fw card , my eyes hunt the prosounus firebox.

I had the same problem with mine and returned it.
Apparently some people had success with changeing the powersupply to a non-switching one.
I tought it was a bad unit in other ways as well, like for example the very low output level making it pretty much unusable for live sets, so I'd say return it and get something else if you still can.

midicontrollers as well ! .. fukd up .. 1 thing tho .. u don't have to reboot ur computer every time.. just close whatever music app .. winamp , cubase etc .. switch off the interface ..refresh screen few times (f5).. and power it back again .. should work .. many people have this electricity bug on m audio stuff .. sux.
