anyone know how to assign the soft synth knobs on cubaseSX to the knobs on the external midi keyboard? (m-audio ozonic)

2nd problem: only one key of the keyboard triggers the corresponding key on the soft synth, the 6th white from left

wtf...!!!!!!!!!!
