i have try in different desktops and they don´t recognize my m-audio ozonic!!anyone can help me with this pelase.thanks |

What you mean with different desktops? Different versions of windows? You've connected it via usb?
Install first the included driver, with your keyboard turned off!! Then plug in your ozonic.

Din really get u mate!!
But from what i'm understanding .....
From what i know it's Firewire connectivity ... check your connection/port.
If it's not getting power then there is something wrong with the port or the Ozonic(looks a beauty dun it?).
Check compatibility with ur OS.
These usually are the main issues.

maybe its a problem with the firewire port. or the installations process may have been wrong. i dont know is either the firewire port, the software (drivers) , or maybe it needs to be powered on its own , with a dc adapter, not just the firewire ....
can u be more specific???
