M-audio Ozone problem

Hi, I just bought a used M-audio Ozone midi interface keyboard but when I want to assign it as my ASIO interface in cubase it doesn't work, it says: "The ASIO driver M-audio USB ASIO interface could not be initialized!" I tried it in fruityloops and there it works, and for other aplications aswell... this really sucks cuz i can't wait to give it a try in cubase  Help please!

uninstall and re install drivers, i have an ozone too, in the beginning it gave some problems, now works really fine

also check the m-audio site for the latest driver
