M-Audio Delta 44 problem

Ive formated my computer and just started re-installing everything...
When i install the delta 44 i get a message "delta 44 is unable to start" (code 10)
anyone?

i fixed it... it wasnt driver nor hardware...
might have been an IRQ conflict because i changed the bus of the card and now its all good!
