Seriously, all the people who think Astrix is psy - listen to Underworld or Fluke, two mainstream club acts. If you think Astrix is any more psy than those guys, I just don't understand your definition of psy. This is music for freaks, weirdos, lunatics, people generally frying on psychedelic drugs, or people that aren't intimidated by the "it sounds so weird" bit. You can't listen to that, as I said, suomi artists probably could go without you in their crowd.
Mike: When I write something bad about full-on or progressive, I immediately expect people to flame me - and you really do shut up then (I have not seen you protect my, or Candy's, posts when they were treated with the same form). So please, at least be equal to all in this, and be silent now too. Fair is fair.

and candy with all the respect.. i remember that u always said about suomi music that it sucks and then when u finnely got the point of it and started lovein it and even bring artist to our country so u think u some kind of an hot shot?

I don't think I'm a hot shot, but same way I don't post negative comments about other styles and say how much they suck, I expect ppl to respect other musical styles and not make comments like this Johan did.

i know u dont post negetive comments about other styls .. but when u answer this ppl when they say thing about the suomi trance then theres no diffrence between u and him .. and it also looks like u'r taking ownership of the suomi trance music and scene..

Well I dont really belong to this controversy but one thing I must say about this thread..
Candy, Kaz and TweekerD it seems here that u guys got at least 2 times more IQ than the ppl u talk to. ( that is from trying to look from a side )
I think that usually this is called arrogance.
Ppl are entitled to like or dislike any sound they want and it doesn't mean that those that don't like the sound u like are inferior in any way... They just have different taste, that is all...

the problem that i c here is that u cant handle bit of complex music and that realy dont make u to be music experts
on one hand u listening cheasy cluby sounds that is most crapy music
and on the other hand u call it psytrance and proud of being listening to it
instead of tell "10x god there is some different music than fullon finaly on psytrance radio show in israel" u still go "give me cheese,and more plz"

i don't understand why people can't understand that there are different styles and diffrent tastes, and u don't have to like them all. I ,for example, don't usually listen to suomi trance but to tech-trance and dark trance, but it does'nt mean that i can't listen to other styles, such as suomi. what i don't understand is why johanan has to be negative about it. in my show i try to bring artists from various styles, which not all the time i like their music, but i think everyone (even if it's not full on...) deserves a chance.besides, life is more interesting that way. thanx 5meo-geo for your kind words (to me at least )

And you didn't commit that exact same sin with your reply? I'm entitled to my opinions, I know how to phrase myself correctly, and I use proper english. I don't think that makes me arrogant. Every single philosopher, spokesman, advisor, lawyer, politician and a lot of other respectable people are arrogant by this definition - everyone that argues a point with any passion or with any rhetoric.
That's just hogwash. Sorry Yuli baba, you know I respect you and all, but you're wrong on this one. Psytrance, and you know this damn well, is music for the mind, not just the feet. I argue this point constantly - and am willing to be flamed for it. Never expected you to be one to do that too.

I took Jere (loumohappo) to the radio station with Netta & hosted him in the holyland.
I've been meaning to ask Yuli for a long time, how comes you work with Dani Makov who's supposed to be one of the best drummers in Israel.. and yet percussion work usually sounds simple and cheesy? [sorry for the experssion]
isnt a drummer supposed to make percussion sound more intriguing instead of more commercial?

But there are ways of putting things. And sometimes it sound arrongant.
I know that sometimes in my own posts I sound arrogant, and for those that are hurt from my words I only can say I am sorry, and as a human being I am far from being arrogant in my nature.

no problem with the expression first..
Secondly maybe u have too much expectations from me or Danni and we let u down, because I dont think our rhythm sections are that simple
Thirdly, in the album, we did try to meet the needs of ppl that considered my music up till then to 'too complicated' and yes it did the job for some and on the other hand others, that liked the more unexpected part of BLT in the past were unsatisfied I guess
In making music u can never satisfy everyone, but the only thing I can do is what I like at that moment, so that what came up 
I will fix my answer with another example btw... In rock history there are so many amazing songs with simple beat.. yet not many ppl really think about how hard is to achieve a 'simple' beat hehe and moreover to make it sound good. I am not sure I achieved that with Danni but we surely tried.
