Yoo!
I have to drop some acid soon it was a long time ago since i did 
About frying your brain, well i heard that some people have got problem with their vision due to overconsuming acid... but if that is true or if its just some pyschological thing i dont know.. everything has a downside...
like overconsuming cannabis leads to not remembering your dreams. though i smoked a joint yesterday and i still remeberd my dream, maybe cause it was so intense... but overall cannabis makes you dream less or remember less, me dunno.. 
I like it when i get visuals, but i have droped acid without getting any visulas more than a brighter view and a big smile on my face.. that is wonderful, i remember at Samothraki 2003, so many people on acid, hehe everyone with a smile on their face  its lovley!
but is there a special amount to get those visuals?

About the smiling faces.
I believe at Tshitraka everyone on the dancefloor was on lsd.
We were all just doing this relaxed sort of dance moves, and no matter what I or others did every movement seemed to fit exactly in the rhythm.
It also seemed as if everyone was moving a bit 'stuttery', if that's a word.
Anyway in my eyes it seemed as if people were dancing under a stroboscope.
And whenever you looked to others a smile came from their faces.

Yeah, i love it If you take enough, you can also get this awesome slow-motion effect. *sigh* it's better living trough chemistry. I'm already looking forward to Antaris Project next friday.

I remember Noel Gallagher saying something like "you can get high in the studio and make the best music you've ever heard and the next day it's sounds shit"
Quite true, I've been wasted before and tried to make music and been loving what I am doing and then when I listen back to it when I am sober it sounds like wank. |

Have a question..
have u guys ever got the feelin when trippin on acid on the dance floor of the things get so stupid and boring ? like if people were doing nonsense stuffs for no reason ? last month in a festival here in brasil i have that kind of feelin... but my doubt was if it was caused by that ugly music (X full on) which was playin in the festival together with the "ugly" people doped on drugs just for fun with no fundamental.
or if its some kind of problem in my brain like if i dont like psytrance anymore ( but i don t think its the fact because i m still listenin to that kind of music everyday and making music ( but not those ugly full ons).
It was a very weirdo feeling...
if u guys ever felt something like that lemme know

I know the feeling, it's called bad vibes mostly caused by bad music and too many hard dope users on the dancefloor. Or some pill's effects are ending  sometimes i also have it when tripping and the situation is normal: it appears as if everything is stripped of meaning, like some kind of nihilistic vibe. It feels pretty objective, but i have felt a bit scared by it a few times. It has also been the start of a really bad trip once for me that left me feeling alone and cold for a few weeks. This particular bad trip was the result of taking too much acid when some other drug was wearing off tho. Definatly not recommended.

well.. i did not treat it as a bad vibe..it seems more like a High perception of so empty actions.
i can say its not GOOD at all ... but also not bad.
And well.. i dont have the habit of takin other drugs beside acid, mushrroms and marijuana. so reason of it was not other drugs wearing off.. and i had that feelin many times not only once...nowadays i can actualy say that everytime i ll drop acid in a crowded ambient its very normal to have that kind of feeling...but its weirdo kkk... i can have a feeling of how much a human bein is "animal" or just something with no significance in the earth... veeeeeery nice kk |

well but he might have a bit of a point there Enertopia .. im not nearly as existentially depressed but after more than a couple years straight of weekend and more frequent acid tripping sometimes (years and years ago) ..and as i got to know acid a bit better and realized its potency and power .. i slowed down a lot .. staying away from it at big parties and preferring instead to mostly do it at small intimate gatherings .. and loads of people i know also went the same way .. now i hardly do any ..maby a couple times in a couple years .. dunno .. whatever it is .. carefull with that shit ..
and whoa ..5 pages of drug discussions and not a mod in sight ..coolness

shamantrix like to argue and most of the times he is negative
but one thing i must say that shamantrix is intelligent person and atleast he trying to explain his thoughts with good english and good knowledge....not like some ppl in this forum that using dirty engrish and insults!
most of the times im not agree with him and with his negativity and provocations.....although there is some points here that i agree with him!
its a very interesting discussion i see no point to close this thread!

Get out one night and take a looooong look to the stars above. Remember of how wast and almost infinite space is. Remember that there are zillions of galaxies with billions of worlds and planets only in our visible universe. Imagine the creative power behind this enormous creation and than look down again.
If you can make your self believe that this endless universe is here just for us to run around in cars, burn gasoline and wage wars... well I'd say that you're the one with the problem. Depression is a normal reaction to the world ignorant of the truth and running to global disaster. That should wake you up unless you're determined to continue sleeping. hell yeah .. while we is all trapped inside our human flesh and bone cage busy burning our karma we should indeed burn gasoline , eat (roasted) furry little creatures and spend our time looking for pussy and earning money and doing drugs ..remember ..we only here for a short time ..and there is no pussy , meat , money and fast wheels to be had in the after life !

Shamantrixx, your view of people is a depressed and negative one. While there is much more we could be doing with our lives, we are still at the beginning of our evolution. We are still coming to terms with being animals before we become post-human. Presently, not everyone can look at our species achievements and see they have a downside. It seems everything has a downside. Even computers (possibly our best achievement yet) pollutes, uses plastics and natural resources to create.. the list of bad things is endless.
Watching people burn petrol may depress you, don't forget that your perception of reality is an interpretation. A different view would be that we have dragged ourselves out of the genetic soup and constructed petrol burning vehicles, we have overtaken nature in land and air speed and when it comes to war - we have the ability to drop 500 megatonnes of explosives on someone, once again overtaking nature in attack and defense.
Wasps have stings, we have the atomic bomb!
Not everyone will evolve intellectually at the same rate. I agree, people can be stupid and we may be wasting time - but being negative about it is almost as bad as being the people you are depressed about. Take a postive attitude and enjoy the good things about our species and if you're still upset by the things you see, do something about it.
By the way, this is kinda me explaining my attitude rather than a reply to your comment, so don't take it personally.
The universe is infinite, we are not. For the tiny amount of space we take up, I think we've done a damn good job of understanding the universe so far, and our understanding will only grow. Even if the planet exploded tomorrow, during our whole existence we had no guidelines for how to live and we have come up with our present society all by ourselves. I praise us all for how well we have done so far. |
