If u r using sx
press F3 , then click the "e" button in the desired VSTi track, choose "Step Filter"....voila
p.s. Try Steinberg´s Free Filter, if you feel you like it, then buy Waldorf´s AFB 16... It simply R-O-C-K-S!! |

try waldorf d-pole. it´s a combination of very good sounding filters, a delay, a distortion, ring modulator, panning and modulation of those...
fantastic
to record the knob twists you must click on write in cubase mixer. then the data is written to a mixer track instantly. if you want to record other knobs later on, you should mute the previous mixertrack so that the new knobtwists get recorded to a new track and so on.
have fun
