Jekvan .. Did't know you a 'Sound criminal' , Please dont take all artist's as example , You can say 'I use ready loops' ,
Thats show exactly where you are , You got alot of work to do - Not only with sound Also with the way of your thought's .

Apple Loops. Mainly because it has proper Motown, breakbeats and drum loops that are NOT made by people that make sample packs for full on.
And there's like 5000 drum loops in there that sync in Logic's tempo instantly.

@ultranoize i understand you, just wanna figure out how the loops is, the structure of the beat,not doingthis for doing lazy people or cause we dont like to make the things in right composer stuff.!! advice everything you asked to google its gonna answer with many webs sites.!

Take Normal snares , run Bitcrusher over it, then you use Bandpass or Highpass filter over it, maybe from fruity loops!
then you get vengeance Loops and cut the lows like hell and run FiLTER over it also..
you take compressor and your claps will sound BETTER than your examples!!! then you will notice you need also other stuff 
Try Fruity SLiCER , it cuts your Loops perfectly , so you can make new stuff in the end.

Not the best advice(worst ever) chop parts from other tracks, process them and build your own library from it, than you can take day or two just to make some standard loops or experiment with stuff that you have....you can process one sample and have 10 different sounding versions of it in no time 
I always make my own groove patterns(loops) after that I have the vibe of track in my head(or make pattern to fit the vibe of the rest), pre made loops kills my creativity and there is no chance to fit the vibe of the track, but it's fun and you can make exactly what you want, how you want and with everything you want |

Just choose nice samples (snares, claps, close hats, open hats, percusions, reverse hat, some glitch etc) and mesh around with 'em...
make a rythm in your head and then make the pattern,
panning litle bit each other, pitch em, play with velocity, put some fx, eq and you have a nice loop
...into the wild.... |
