hey pps here it is
back inthe days when i was making music i was using cool edit to make the loops exacly on some bpm like hi hats and stuff cutting it till its onte rigth bm and only cool edit knew to show the bpm
wanted to know if there are nowadyas better tools to cut adnd fit the loop

yes freq, but your forgetting somthing - not everyone has the EMU 5000 Ultra.

Have you tryed the autoregion function in Sound Forge?
This as nothing to do with the BPM's but it cuts the loop very well!!!!!
