on my opinion the Waves Bundle have everything you wish!!!!!!!
you can hear some of the elec3 music they use the waves eq etc..... |

You'll need a TC|Powercore to run the Oxford eq though... then you'll have two or three, because the Powercore comes with it's own good EQ as well. Other than that, the one from Waves Native bundle is great, and I've been hearing some good things about the one from Sonalksis.

I meant the sv517 wich is a regular eq. I think the DQ1 is more a multiband compressor/eq combination. |

If u don't mind freeware, the nyQuistEq from magnuss @ smartelectronix is a great sounding freeware EQ, only 3 bands though, and no frequency feedback (u have to do everything by ear, but it's pretty easy anyway...) |
