Just my input here: choosing a synth only if it has a midi learn is not so smart imho....
If u use Cubase, all vst´s can be tweaked without the mouse, and to be honest, there´re hundred of threads about it. Do a quick search for: generic remote.
As I don´t use this midi learn so often, I don´t know exactly wich vst has this features... I can remember now the Audiorealism Bassline and Native INStruments FM7.

The newer the vst's, the more you'll have a midi learn function. Seems like it's getting standart.
But once, you've done it with the "generic remote" thing, you'll use it only..... It's pretty simple and works for every single knob in any vst.
