Can anybody help me find the track/single: "complicated" ??

I'm looking for the
track/single: "complicated" for a long time and i'm realy don't know who is the artist or the band - i have heared it in some parties before! - Please help me with any information about it...THANKS.

A saikosounds search resulted in 2 possible tracks:

On my sample database there's a track with this word in the samples:

Also there's a Avril Lavigne - Complicated track around the net...
