This is seriously a long shot, but during Kai Mathesdorf's DJ set this morning at around nine o clock, he played a track that had one seriously, seriously psychedelic section where there's silence for a few beats before the sound of a stream of human voices starts to rise. They start off reversed and time stretched and rush back to a normal speed and nearly-legible state before the beat kicks back in. The best way to describe it would be a human thought unraveling. It nailed psychedelic thought patterns to the T.
It's not the first time I've heard this track, but it's the first time I've really been interested in knowing who it's by. It's some serious production that can honestly only be accomplished by someone with a lot of experience in psychedelics.
