Chromatone ft. Random & Virtual Light - Psypress Pill is similar to track you posted above, a bit more powerful though.

also, I recommend just checking out the full arsenal of Random, Chromatone, Meta, Helios, etc., as they are all quality US producers who have many Morning and Full On tracks that are powerful yet melodic and beautiful. beware though, they have nastier more night-time / power tracks as well, just so you don't think I'm trying to confuse ya

Ital and Earthling are two more artists that remind me of the style you are after. most of their tracks are similar to this, deep bass, beautiful melodies... check it out
