Hey!
To answer the question, i would first point out that i am not a fan of putting stuff into "boxes" so to say; defining genres. However since that was a part of the issue there, i choose to call it something new "neo-forest psy". Then i would be the one defining the list 
With Neo i mean that it's "non-goa" or music of a newer date, i believe there have been numerous forest types of trance before.
I think Loke is a good example of a neo-forest act.
