Im looking for crew, which is interested in decorating of parties/festivals with lycra decorations/ceilings, for our MYSTIKA festival in Slovakia.

All though this not my area of expertise, I am just curious about the stretchy material(is it lycra only ??) that is being used, which is almost transparent, rather translucent. |
