In the 80's was Ibiza...,90's Goa...
Both places still good for having a party, but after many years both are overcrowded and everything is more comercial and prices much expensive than before...
I hear many times "the old goa vibe disappeared"...
So can you tell me which places are actually good (and not overcrowded...) to have a great psytrance party? or which ones you think it will be in the future?
I personally think some exotic places like islands in the south east Asia (from Thailand, Cambodia, Philipines, Indonesia...) will be some of the future places to meet open minded people and have a great psychedelic party.

it's already been happening for a while now.
Cambodia is now on its way to being the next Goa. Its the new ultimate backpacker destination. And the govt is also trying to promote the same ... from what i hear.

All festivals in Belgium to be honest,
Not overcrowded at all,
considering the 'goa vibe',
I believe that depends more on the person,
then the actual party.

We have (in 1st world countries)"Beat agencies" and poor people feel we (the rich) beat their balls (thats for sure dude, you're right!)
But don't forget the world needs "poor locals" to have "rich wealthy kids" like us...is the fucking economic system balance
...and I'm not going to kill myself because that or I'm not going to try to meet other cultures or people...
I think if you live with total respect to locals or poors everywhere and try to learn good things from them, without take any advantage...,is just why not???
Beat agency just beat my balls!
for sure they need of wealthy hippies to buy their releases

Dear chefchaouen
My point was (with some irony added) that our invasion of party crazy people does not leave a positive impact on the local communities. Just look at Goa. It turned into a place far from what it used to be with criminal Russian (sorry for the generalization I know not all Russians are criminal) and tripped out of their heads Israelis just out of the Army (again sorry for the generalization I know not all Israelis are tripped out of their heads) making Goa a place everybody avoid. I doubt the local population are happy with the kind of people going there these days.
So on to next stop on the Road finding new exotic locations for white kids to party their heads of until those exotic places are ruined as well.
That was my point.
P.S. I don't need anyone wealthy to buy our releases. It's OK if you just got a normal job www.beatagency.dk

It is rude to throw a party in someone's neighborhood and not invite them...
I do not conceive of how people throw parties in areas where they are not from, and then act unwelcoming toward the neighbors. It just seems like a terrible idea.

I think it's a bit hypocritical for someone who made music that was actively played at the Goa & Thai etc. parties to come back 15+ years later and pay out on the people who organised those gigs & those that went to them.
And before you say otherwise (I bet you say you never went to Goa & your music was aimed at the European scene or some such thing eh?) I have plenty of mixed cassette's (inc. Goa Gil classics) that my sibling brought back from Goa in those times that have Elysium & Sheyba track on them, so you, as many of your peers at the times, would not have been as popular or at least known without the Goa & exotic rave scene happening.
Humans invade in each others countries and use & abuse the resource to fit their needs. Your viking ancestors did it quite intensely to my Irish ancestors, as did the British, Dutch and French to name a few others.
I think the Goa & Thai rave scenes back then were the least of the havoc that invading Europeans caused over the centuries.
I know at least 5-6 Indian people from university in Australia that would not be earning fortunes and providing their families and communities back in India with a much nice standard of living if it had not been for the income their parents had made off the wealthy pseudo hippies that also paid for your music Beat Agency.
I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy!
