Haven't heard your music, so I can't comment on whether or not you should actually be sending demos right now, but why not just look for labels that are similar to your sound and send to them like everyone else?

Very overused and limited. If you really love the sound and you're satisfied with it, go for it, but I'd rather use 90% of soft synths out there than vb.
