Dear ppl, hello !
me and my friend planning to open a new label.
and we looking for u , great musicians to start a new
and quality line of music. so if u have good stuff (any style_prog,house,electro , fool-on etc' ) we want to hear it.
i know that it's seems not profesional to look for artist in the net . but we want to give a chance for thus who don't have any.
so if u interested mail me.

What kind of label? Physical or net-based? And what exactly is your bigger plan(promotion, connections, presence on download portals)?
Considering that today every producer can have his own net-based label and sell his own music or put his music in one of the hundreds download portals out there, what is exactly you offer and would be that different to attract a lot and accomplished producers, something that would give you also a stronger base as a label?
In my personal opinion, net-based labels have no credibility at all these days. It's the easy and cheap way. I'm in a few of them and my tracks are everywhere(itunes, emusic, rhapsody etc.) for the last couple of years. How many downloads i had and how much money i got, is only to laugh........
Only the major download portals make money, and this is the business to start besides the good will and the artistic side of view of this matter.
Physical releases are almost dead. And that's so frustrating. Any label that makes physical releases, at least gets my total respect and creates the prestige that is totally absent from all the net-based labels. But this the way now......Unfortunately.........
Getting any serious money out of electronic music always was a lost bet(for the big majority of the producers) and for that money was the last to think about.
But nowadays is even worse. It's almost certain that you don't get anything from downloads(again for the vast majority) and you don't even have a good chance to get physically released, which at least will mean something to the producer(as a promotional tool at least). In the end we are all mp3 files with no personality and physical mass to connect to the buyer. I don't know about you but i really hate that.
Anyways, sorry for the long and out of topic reply but i just wanted to express some thoughts of mine. Don't take them wrong in any way. What you want to do is very nice and very welcome. I'm also planning to set up my own site, but instead of selling the tracks, i'll give them for free.
In any case, i wish you the best of luck and you can count on me at anytime you are ready to go.
