sure parties are still happening BUT we are having to make memberships(still a risk) and all kinds of thigns just not to get busted..this is the norcal area im refering too..and the people throwing the club gigs are freaked from the homeland security..i mean you do realzie congress just proposed a bill to change the name of french fries to freedom fries,,,this is extrmeism...call it paranoia but when the airports start looking into what library books we are using thats a little invasive! and its happenign close by in san jose airport..
BTW the ultramusic festival is a daytime event in south beach during th e winter music confernce only i went when i lived there...BUT you CANNOt do a n outdoor party nightime party down there at all...its eve n harder than here!

alienfreaksho: you, like many others, don't really know what your talking about and are being too paranoid like i said. I just spun at an outdoor party here that went until from 1pm till 4am, your cant get any more night in that party if you tried. The ultrabeach party is 12 hours and goes till 12am. You are way off man , you can do outdoor parties at night here. As far as this comment -

not trying to be a dick or get off topic here, but you need to get the facts straight before you post nonsense like this. People like you get bad rumors started.

As stupid as it is, Some people in congress changed the menu at there work resturaunt to say freedom fries. Nothing about a bill. And if you stopped to think for a second you would realize that congress could never pass a bill like that - theres no law that says we have to call fried potatoes anything at all! Back to school friend 
I think this topic should be locked cause it reeks of paranoina and not facts.

It is sad... there have been so many political policies that I strongly disagree and that really affect my life (even being a foreigner) that my mood and my respect towards the politicians of this country are moving in a bad direction.
I wish all the good for the people!

hey brock..not sure why such harshness...these are crazy times read homeland security bill or ther patriot act..if i hadnt read them directly from the gov website maybe id feel differnt..sorry if i said it the wrong way on the fries the article i read was ambiguous( ithought ney wnated to propose officlay changing the name its silly eithere way!)...point is many have gone mad!
as for miami great! if you had outdoor until 2am...we tried for years down there we even had one stopped right at 11pm! if its better now cool! ya the ultra goes until midnit but its not the same as an allnight go thru the sunrise cosmic journey of trance! hopefully youll see i have no bad intent and smile no need to slam! big peace!!!:)

Ok, if there is anyone that knows what they are talking about is Alien she has promoted some of the best outdoor parties in the country in northern california. I' m confident enough to say that northern california has the best out door parties By Far in the country. I dont know for how much longer like Alien said with all these proposals. Actually I correct my self that is day time event. But....
I tell you what nonsense is, that dumb ass link to that Candy rave in Miami how can you compared that ridiculous event to a psy trance party...., its over at 1am (we dont even go to the dance floor until 3.30 am)
Like alien said we are having to created this private parties with all kinds of crazy memberships so the parties dont get busted which are a great pain the butt because alot people will be turn away by having to do all this things. Its not good, thats why I 'm getting the hell out of this country I m out. |

salvia, kako, during the first world war, american citizens changed some of their products names because of germany. such names as frankfurter and pickled cabbage now became hot dogs and saurkraut. going overboard.. or is it?

haha nice. didn't know that!
anyway, war with germany/political disputes with france - BIG difference.
If the US decides to attack Iraq, the US will win of course, but after the war it will be the US who will lose (nine-eleven here we go again!). I'll bet my life on that.

SAD SAD NEWS!!!!!! the rave act passsed!!!!!!!!!!!! it got thrown in quickly via a child kidnapping bill... this is scary and not too good for all the music scenes or freedom in the states.....they can prosecute promotors for offenses of the party goers even if they didnt do anythign to promote drug use..even if they have never seen the person in their life.....this doesnt just affect 14 year old kids going to raves this affects EVRYONE from clubs to the underground!~It applies not just to electronic-music
parties,
but to any type of public gathering, including theatrical
productions, rock concerts, DJ nights at local bars, and
potentially
even political rallies
keep dancing keep the vibration high as possible!
