Umm... I'm planning to move to Logic soon, and I know that using ReWire you can connect ReBirth to MIDI sequencers.
I wanted to know how much you control? Do you control a whole loop or every single note and effect from ReBirth?
???

I am not 100% sure, but I think the whole loop :)

So this means I'll have to program everything on the annoying ReBirth interface and not on the cool piano roll? :-(

Using rewire (i work with cubase) you control
all the slave (reb) parameters through the
seq (cubase/logic).
and the rewire channel exactly (almost) like
regular audio chn, so you can use all the
eq/plugins from cubase/logic.

Can I write the notes (C, D, E) in the sequencer for ReBirth to play them?

Mike,
i haven't tried the rewire under logic [see the drawback],
but with reason + rebirth + cubase:
u can control every controller or rebirth..
it's all in rewire standard, so don't worry - if it works, you'll be able to draw the melodies
in logic.
the drawback is ...
rewire ran with logic under DX drivers - not ASIO
[on my PC] so i don't know how useable it is.

this is a little off subject, but what do you use rebirth for when making psytrance (if that's what you write)?

Hey Slavin dude, when i use Rebirth i mainly use the awesome TB 303 emulation for both basslines and distorted 303 lines. Rebirth is definitely the best software in TB 303 emulation.
