Logic Problem

Why the hell logic keeps crashing and sending me ASIO OVERLOAD messeges when im only with 2 vst turned on!!!!??????
I have a Pentium 4 1.6 with 512ram running winXP and Audiophile 2496 soundcard
PS: i've already tried all latency and differents onfigurations at the logic Asio drivers setup

Was it ok before or is it just like that from begining?
Try diferent latency settings in audiophile control panel, thats what controls logic's latency
But overload with only 2 vst is strange with any setting i would say...

What else do you have installed?
What processes do you have running in the background?
Have you optimised XP for background processes? (Right-click My Computer -> Properties - Advanced -> Performance -> Advanced -> Background Services)

m audio asio drivers work great with logic...
u got the latest ones ?
try maudio EASI driver instead - see how itll work

hummm..don't think easi is best option to go...i think its better to solve asio problem...

it often happens to me as well, when i turn on the program and play something. after a while it stops crashing.....but yeah it is annoying sometimes.

Hi! Synth! This kind of post is regular here! I have the same problem with my M-Quattro. But i don't know its cause.
But it gives me the error message only for the first time i play the song (and in specific places of the timeline).
After this first time everything goes well.
A little bit annoying... |
