Hi,

I have a trouble with Batery in Logic 5.5 (pc version)...Basicly with every multichanel (n>2) instrument!

How can assign different chanels on Batery/lm 4 on diferent audio intrument tracks...like in cubase!

One more question: How can I assign matrix edit to be default load (insted score edit)when clicking on some midi object, also like in cubase...

->Maybe you have some tutorial how to make logic more cubasic

thanx for your reply

bye

preferences -> global preferences ->

in the drop down menus there is a choice 'double click score/matrix in arrange"           http://soundcloud.com/aeon604

well 1st of all open batery as multi vst
2nd of all : im sure u can asing on batary output channels for each different sound so do so
last step:go to aux faders on logics mixer....
on input u will be able to open different batery output channels (incase that batery indeed used as multi vsti)
thats it u have all ur sounds in different faders/channels

p.s. why would u want to make logic to look like cubase???
if u moved to logic u better forget about cubase

Yeah, thanx 5Meo-Geo

But...

I dont have battery in multichanel plugs folder, logic reads is as stereo vsti...

I heard bout first version of battery which was only stereo, but I have newer version and in cubase it's being readed as multi chanel...

So it realy looks I'm stucked

Why would I like to make Logic more cubasic...

Cause I switched (as you noticed) and case I realy satisfied with cubase "outfit" but using Logic today cause of some other advantages...

thank you bouth for reply

That's because latest Battery has a problem with Logic.
You need to use the first version of battery for it to work.           Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...
