I would try installing Logic into a new directory too - before formatting.

just got home, but I'll try that in a fw mins 
after discusing the problem with my father I slowly think its more a windows problem, so I'll maybe try repairing/re-installing windows without formating also...my dad says that should also solve the problem without the need of formating

soo, with another directory its also still the same...has to be something with windows, I'll repair/re-install now without formating...lets see if that helps

YAYYYYYYYYYYYY finally got it running again!!
it was a windoof failure...just had to repair my windows  but now I'm a bit busy with reinstalling all drivers and stuff, but at least not the plugs and no format
