Not the laser thing, but the main lead, its raising in reverb as it progresses, but wanted to understand the sound design
kinda like this tutorial
full of cheese but it teaches stuff

id say saw wave low passed filtered with a slow to medium lfo modulating the filter. the amp envelope settings would have no attack, low decay depending on taste, little to no sustain (again to taste in case you want more "body" on the sound) and also no release.
the key in this sound is all about the filter envelopes & rise of effects which are reverb and delay
the filter envelope would have a higher amount to give it a more plucky feel. since all synths are different in their own way its hard to tell spot on.
the rest is very much up to taste and finding the sweet spot for everything.
the fx would be a decently longer reverb. thats tail amount can be automated while the lead plays.
the delay seems to hit off every other random note, and that would done by automating the dry/wet function on the delay to your preferred note. -something like this anyways! hope it helps.
