Hi Everyone

I have a question regarding a way to sync logic's tempo to a midi file's tempo. What would be your best suggestions? The way I logically would think to do this, would be to play logic's metronome and the midi file together and then line them up by ear. But, in logic it seems when you try to play the internal tempo alongside the midi tempo, the midi just goes with the speed of the internal tempo. The midi seems to be lock to the internal tempo. Is there a way to unlock the midi from the internal tempo?

Select the relevant region you want logic to adjust to. now click set locators so that a loop will be set up around your selected part. Next go to options-tempo and click "adjust tempo using region length & locators" (or bypass all that clicking and use the key command: Command + T)

I hope you already solved that issue, but if not, the above should work.
It´s been some years since i used this functionality last, so let me know if that works.
