yes but the reason for that is that "høloftet" dosent have a alcohol license that can run out..so you can keep the party as long as you want |

The dangers lie not in the opening hours, but in the invitation system which is in part public.
All in all - I think its more up to the polices attitude towards the parties - if they start receiving calls about violence or other disturbances they will act.
So, as long as people behave and bad things do not happen - Its mostly the landlord who will set the boundaries (as far as I can theorize)

Cant u guys have a list at the door where everybody wirtes theire names, so you have a "proof" to show the police that its a private party if the cops come? |

That doesnt really matter - In the case of the Logarythm party there is no permit problem or anything like that.
The venue has a permit to go on with the music, event etc untill 5am. Its a "permanent permit till 5am".
In regards to venues without permits, you are not allowed to have public invites for parties in Denmark unless you get a permit from the police, it doesnt matter if alcohol is involved or not - As long as you put on a public event, you basicly need a permit for it - No matter what.
So - A list of people at the door doesnt work, as long as the event has been announced in the public space...
However - What DOES matter is whether everything is under control and if people are behaving etc...
Actually, the police will find an excuse to close down any event if they really want to, permit or no permit - and they will usually just want to go to a given event to shut it down, if they really there is a problem with law and order there (which depends on how many people go most of all).
So, in reality its a big greyscale you will have to navigate - Lately, the police have been quite forgiving, and its been a loooong time since a party was closed by the police here.
