Any way to do this? I came from FLstudio where i just pulled a node and i could shape any automatization according to my needs... do i have to simulate the log/alog curves by hand?

Thanks

Yes. In SX 3 you can only automate in straight lines between two nodes, although you can approximate any curve you like with enough nodes.           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

there is also a logarithmic curve tool that you can use if you set the snap settings to the distance you want the curve on...           ~Airyck~

Sure but this only approximates a curve using straight lines           Mastering - http://mastering.OOOD.net :: www.is.gd/mastering

Yes it does, but it's a bit more accurate if you're looking to do a "perfect" curve from one point to another, as apposed to drawing it free hand. Though both methods work just as well. I honestly prefer freehand anyway to give it the human touch           ~Airyck~

there is a way, u have a line tool next to the pencil, u can choose there if u want to have a straight line a sine a triangle or a parabola. choose the parabola and draw with it your logarithmic Automation.

hope this is exactly what u need
