any way...im sure theres lots of ppl out there that willing to drive 3 or 4 hrs for a party spend all the time and gas money.but if you driving for so long atleast it could be for a nice green natural location.and not for a hot dusty colourless place.

I think we all got the point of where the sceen is heading at the moment - big parties and big names can only allow themself doing othorised parties, and small acid-trance no-important names can have the small (50-100-150 ppl) in the forsets without being busted, or if they do got busted - atleast they didn't loose too much money.
Now as for the crowd - I used to have much more info about parties going on every weekend, and now i don't know so much anymore, still i can only asume that there are at least 7-14 nature parties every weekend, all hush hush... only the fact that i'm not informed any more is making me miss most of them...
again there's a paradox here - every productions wants to have it's crowd and is aming for about 350 ppl each party, but then again, if this number of ppl would now about the party - more likly police will know about it too - so don't want too many ppl to know about it, and therefore less ppl are coming to the parties...
So not necesarly everyone just got lazy - i'm sure there are many motivated yound ppl there , that like me at this age are having a blast from driving and searching and sepnding the weekend all out in the nature, imo, there's something different about the sceen today, and that concerning crowd and productions very much...
(nothing really we can do about it though... just let me know when you're having a party  ) |

It can b anywhere as long as its in nature- not like u call 2 the party and u listen 2 the phone msg and don't get 2 the party and c a "gan eroim"....

i guess i'm little late.. but this is an intersting thread so i'll take a ride ...
this summer is suffering from lack of vibes imo.
i see couple of reasons 4 that
1) this scene became bigger and commercial in the past year, i remmember couple of big production in the last 3-4 years, but not at this frequency as 2days, it seem that most of the organizers invest alot of money and rightfully want 2 return their investment
so it meen: semi-nature location,crowded partys, high prices for tickets and beverage, a chance 2 get stabed and 2 much full-on ...
2 sum it all in one word: "MASHARA".
why do a small and quality prod what do i get from it... let make big money and run away ... ( i'm generalizing )
and don't mentioned all those new production
that i wouldn't let them organize my little sister b day...
2) music diversity or the lack of it - 2day partys line up ( and i'm generalizing again )
is based on full on, and it is so boring,imo.
i hardly can recognize when Dj's r switching, every one is playing the same stuff and the same beat.
3)party location: desert/far north partys or the center ??
i have a confession : i'm lazy and spoiled, and it becaming worse with the years (only 27), i did my ride in the past both north and south, but 2day with studing and work
sorry no way i can make this ride.
and belive me i know what i'm missing...
i guess that there r couple spirit out there that feel the same way as me ...
actually the only thing i long for 2day is those small partys i used 2 attend in my area (hasharon) ... any one here remmember the partys at "tel itzhak" lake 2-3 years ago??
any way vibeless summer 4 me
maybe this winter will bring some change

the best place is the desert!
when you there you go up on some mountain and the view just keeps on going and going and going!
not like the north while its green and nice and have nice view its just dosnt amazing like the desert |

Most of 2days "un-nature" parties have a progressive line-up thats y i c allot of "cluberim"... "  "
And its ok by me..
Ppl can do whatever they want...
Just plz don't tell us its nature when its not..

Well Oran there are ppl out there that find it magnificent and extremely powerful place. I was partying and playing in parties in the desert in Israel for last 10 years and I have to say that naturally I prefer forests ( not that we in Israel know what forest is.. ) but desert has produced high percentage of really extreme killer parties and in my opinion that is due to it's power coming to the ppl, much more hardcore, much more tribal. Also many times it is a naturaly selection for the ppl since those that come to parties only cuz its cool will stay near the center, and those that really like it will go all the way. Or that the way it was then.......

Arsim are everywhere....Arsim from telaviv wont drive to the kineret, but tveria got arsim of their own, i hope you get my point.

Each location got its adventages and disadventages..
Desert: Youre there in 1.5 hours, nothing serious I guess, its a great place, distant from everywhere and everyone, no cops.
But on the morning you need your 6-pack of water, because of the heat..
Forest: Youre there in 2 hours, again - for a good party its not an annoying drive. The mood is amaizing, everything is great! But on the forest the cops would find you very fast =\
So basicly each location has its ups and downs, its your choise where to go!

to me its 4 hours to the desert and half to 1 hour to the north and i prefer to go to a party in the desert anytime actully i hardly went to any north party this summer {and thats anothert topic i guess} |
