unfortunately this will never be a commercial daw.
its been like this for ever.. its a bad copy of flstudio.. and just cos its linux based and freeware doesnt make it better or more attractive.
if you really need to stick on linux for audio use harrison mix bus or wait for bitwig.

Linux can be used as the greatest modular DAW -> with apps like Jack you are able to route the audio between apps without even using your soundcard's in's or out's (Windows studio engineering). Plus, there are ton's of options for audio generation / processing - heck I like to use Audacity for wav file processing, just because it's open and free without hassles.
That being said, in the music area commercial and proprietary software are way above open-source and free software. Lot's of the time they do exactly the same, but the opens source version is way slower, and the workflow is somewhat limited - take LMMS for an instance, it's more or less a copy of Fruityloops 2, and FL Studio has advanced a lot ever since.
I'm not saying you can't music with it (and other Open-Source stuff), it's just a way lot harder, limited and slower, which will prejudice your results. Now, if you're not in Linux, then personally I see no point of using such tools if they bring no advantage or nothing new to your arsenal.

I can agree that it isn't as good or easy to use as FL Studio, its very different to use but for people out of range of 400+ for the real thing its sorta good
Best not to be commercial anyways

I like it, sound psicadelic
more intersting than the avarage dark stuff
but, offcourse, no ofense, but the production level is pretty low...
i never used this app, but never let anyone tell you you cant do pro job in whatever DAW
they are all FLAT with zero panning laws and the only diference is made by skill and plugins used
