just open it and connect it to a midi channel....
use the midi editor to find on what octave the samples are...

1. open cubase
2. start a new project
3. add a midi channel
4. open Vst instrument(F11)
5. Load Lm7 from the drums menu
6. go to the midi channel and choose lm7 from the output
7. Cycle one bar and doubble click inside it to create a midi track..
8. doubble click the midi track to open the midi editor(pianoroll) or go to midi menu and open drumeditor
9. piant some notes/dots from octave C1 to D2#
there you go...
now you can add a reverb on a send channel, or a delay or why not both and make some cool things.
to add a send channel go to the track list, right click and choose "Add FX channel track"
now there will come a window where you can choose Effect....choose effect
now go to the mixer press the + sign on the left side of the mixer"show extended mixer" go to lm7s channel and press the down arrow just on top of the channel strip and choose send, choose your effect there and activate it with the power button, now drag the send slider to mix the effect with the signal....
