Hello fellow trancers !
I'm going on a project for my school to Liverpool for 3 months. I'm going on a training period to FAKT which is the "Foundation for Art & Creative Technology" http://www.fact.co.uk
Now.. I was wondering I want to do some psy parties in the UK on my stay..
Also here in Belgium I dj on Parties.. maybe if someone's interested I for sure want to play some sets in the uk off course.
Are here any people from Liverpool or in the neighborhood.. who can lead me around a bit.
I arrive at the end of march.. so it's a long time.. but I want to get to know some people first maybe..

alien resonance is the only crew i know of in liverpool... otherwise there's definitely stuff in manchester, which isn't exactly close but isn't tooo far away either. plus if you're in the UK thru to may-june then the outdoor parties start up... where stuff goes down in wales
i'd say keep an eye on http://www.psy-forum.co.uk (down at the moment but give it a few days)... that's your best bet for finding things out

I lived in manchester/liverpool from 1996-2004 so the .nfo is a 1st hand one.
could you let me know the basics of FAKT pls ?
does it have anything to do with L.I.P.A. in liverpool ?

I don't know if L.I.P.A. has something to do with FAKT .. What does L.I.P.A. stands for ?

I just arrived here in Liverpool, this monday...

Hope you're havinga good time in Liverpool - if you havent already come across it - the Alien Resonance website is

They had party last week & have Aphid Moon coming up in March.
Sunrise in Manchester should be easy to get to (and back from) due to the Manchster airport trains - next one is Fri 4th March
Other places not too far (1-2 hrs by train) from Liverpool in the near future include Tsuyoshi Suzuki at Cabbage in Leeds this sat, Pogo at Kulu 6th birthday in Bradford on fri 11 march and Liquid Ross, Fabry & Jon Kenobi at Planet Zogg in Sheffield on sat 12 march. |
