I have many old tracks that does not sound like the new ones. They dont sound with same dynamics on big sound system.

the tracks are mastered.

how to make remaster on mastered tracks to make it sound same.

Or what do i need to use on master channel while playing live.

strange question..did you master them yourself? best advice might be to ask your mastering dude, what he did use or give the old tracks to him..or provide the old unmatered ones and remaster from scratch..           -------......-------...-..-..-..-.-.-.-.-

Probably you need to re mix then. A mediocre mixed song wont sound great even if you remaster them.

I use a limiter on the master so you dont get any sudden unwanted peaks.

I make remixes of old tracks for my live set. I generally like to remix tracks that are released so I am not playing the exact same version that people already have and to bring all the tracks to a relative standard of quality.

Great advice!

If your old tunes really sound off with your new ones, then the mastering probably wasnt done correctly in the first place.. nevertheless you should try to equalize each tune throughout the set.
Try finding a hi quality version of your tune (or re-export it) and re-master it, or remix it with your new techniques and knowledge -> merge the old with the new           Super Banana Sauce http://www.soundcloud.com/knocz

I use a limiter on the master too, but when I am composing sections of the live set I leave the limiter off, so that the sounds I create while practicing are at proper volumes, then when I am recording or performing I put the limiter on "just in case".           --
