Yep, it's more than possible. Also, I'm not aware if either of those gears give you a sound card, but for realtime low latency you might want a good sound card. Else wise, that's more than enough (and more than most pro's actually use..)
I'd recommend you use Ableton Live to play your tracks (decomposed into stems and loops), and use those to control it
I could tell you my way, but the biggest fun is to figure out your own way of doing things! How do you use those gears, and what can you do with them?
Just think of what you want to do and how you want to do it. And, if you are alone playing on stage, don't forget you've only got 2 hands (and 2 feet if you like pedals), so you really cant do everything at once. In my simplest version of a live set, all I need is a mouse and my sound card; typically if I can I'll have my APC40 with me; to spice things up I can take my x-board 25 key controller; to spice it up way more, I'll bring my electric guitar; if I really want to go all out than there's multiple keyboards and MIDI controllers and a mixer and etc -> but I'm only one guy and I really cant move all those gears at once
