So im using live cut, vsti, on my master track..

is there a way to lock it? it sounds slightly different everytime that its on while its running in the daw... and when i bounce the final master track to the disk .. it sometimes play it and sometimes it just kinda mutes...

i mean, im running ableton live 7.0.3 by the way, i assume that ableton plays everything while it bounces, so im wondering is there any way to lock the live cut, to always sound the same? and to know just wait on luck to see if it bounces with a nice tight livecut or shitty one or just mutes it.. anyone had similiar issues?           www.myspace.com/kalixkeya

i use live cut in cubase. i find the best way to deal with it is to bounce it down a few times then microedit them into one track, using the best bits from each.

there is no such ting as lock in livecut if there was that i would save alot of time! so u have to bounce (render in ableton) until u get the right bites of sound you need and then replace bites of the real track with the livecut bites!!!           www.myspace.com/babagnohm

Just deep freeze it and copy it to a audiotrack instead           Demand recognition for the Armenian genocide 1915

livecut sux
its randon as...
its like using "random" button on the melody and hope something "cool" will come out of this.

anywayz whatever it does its faster to do it manualy its only slice and move parts and u can do it your own way no need for random           www.sattelbattle.com

try making a new track and setting the input to Resampling.

this will record anything coming out of the Master live and in real time. Nice li'l trick that Ableton has.

I presume it's for live looping, but you can use it for other stuff.

And no, Elad, LiveCut is amazing. You just have to know how to finesse it. And have patience for microediting.

if you have patience for micro edits what u need it for ?
what amazing in plugin that no one know what its gonna sound like? if you lucky to get sound at all lolol..
you can like it as long you dont have better idea's then this random things. like dbglitch on random mode . 0 creativity.

i really dare you to chop your own song as wav and move the beats around see what happens.. dont get me wrong.. beat shufle / repeat is great but livecut does bad job on that imo.. but it give you the idea what u can make by yourself better.

or that by mistake i didnt understand and you have magic power to make it not random and actualy u know what each button does and how its gonna sounds like ?? cause then you'll be the first.
