I've come across alot of tracks that have had religious names in them.. or connotations.. a few being Iron Madness - Jihad of Islam
Azax Syndrom - bad reputation (which has the aazaan playing in the start) As far as i know this really isnt allowed .. So why isnt it respected?

Because the makers are from other religions (or none at all) and thus are allowed to use whatever symbolica islam (or some other religion) has. |

Uhm, in other words your trying to say if you dont belong to that religion you can do anything else with another? Dont think thats fair.

Well, that's how it is. It's only the religious laws that prevent the usage of religious stuff by others, and if I don't follow a particular religion, those laws don't apply for me.
Of course they could show respect, but choose not to. It's allowed though. |

I think Trance began before religions,
Possibly trance ( psychedelic expirience ) is the is the roots of all religions and shamanism, if some things, what they write in some history books are right,
Maybe Iron Madness wrote this track - Jihad of Islam , based on his feelings of day by day life , and experience , unfortunately this is what we see on TV allot now days , and read in News Papers, at least here in United states ,
Although i never heard this track, cause seems to me this track is due to release September 13, 2005... And i don’t see sample it anywhere on psyshop or other places

This is not including hinduism and buddhism, which have been rather integrated with trance since the beginning. |

Don't think whether I am or not should really matter. I just wanted some answers.. dont see myself getting any .. I just gave examples and I got some uncalled criticism around. If I knew other track names I would surely put them down to equal the balance here. I'm just looking for answers.. not anoy of this bull.  |

Maybe you should open your mind, not just your eyes,
If u read carefully what ppl are saying, u will find all the answers, but the trick is that the answer is a question...
I think these ppl are trying to find out whats your problem?
And don’t be surprised by starting a troublesome topic u might just get a lot of troublesome replies

[/quote] I don't really see it as troublesome. Its just cos i've mentioned 2 tracks which have something to do with islam people are getting so hyper. Lets try and leave aside current ongoing issues and stick to the POINT.

Names like Jihad of Islam are just a showcase of bad taste in picking a name. BTW, i never heard about a track by that name from Iron Madness? Is it some unr killargh that you downloaded from soulseek? Cause you know people rename tracks....
