It is obvious from this discussion/shit-throwing that mr plutonic does not know how to run a business, maybe he even didn't realize that he was running one 
Sad as it may be, you cannot run a record company out of love, you need cash too. Period.
However, I think it is equally stupefying how artists give away their tracks without payment in advance. Amazing.
I'm no legal expert but frankly I think mr Plutonic has bigger worries than being bitch-slapped on the isra forum. I mean, if artists have entered a contract with this guy (i.e. selling the rights to their music to him) and he hasn't paid that means several things:
1) The contract has been breached, alas it is completely void... this means that Plutonic Records is NOT entitled to any of the income from sales of the redax mental CD. This money belongs elsewhere and for him to keep parts of it to pay his bills or whatever is a criminal offence - he's selling stuff that he has by all practical purposes, stolen.
2) The rights to the tracks are back with the artists, you are free to release them again with someone else should you desire to.
However, if you artists have not signed any kind of contract with Mr Plutonic, then I'm afraid you are the ones that have been royally fucked.... |

no contract - direct stealing of music and copyrights.
its OUR music , if someone realese my track with no contract , he defintly steal it and got 0% chanse of prooving he have any legal copyrights of the song.
the fact they prind nice C+P or whatever is just bullshit if they dont have contract behind it to aproove it.

Sorry the last sentence was a bit unclear, of course he'd still be stealing the music and the copyrights, but with a contract you can hold him liable for the money he's earned through sales of the CD. If there never was a contract I don't think you can claim that money, and so the bottom line is the artists don't get paid... that's what I meant |

my 2 cents:
people have touched on this here already, labels are popin up like vegetable stands.
there is a demand for the music, music is rushed, the scene gets flooded!, sometimes with mediocre/subpar tracks to say the least, and people dont getting paid.
come to think of it...
if there is a wack release, its because the songs suck.
some of my favorite artist have released some pretty wack ass tracks.
in fact, thats were the label needs man up and tell the artist straight up, "give me another track, this track is wack"
that might work out... |

honestly 14 pages and so many bad words ... i can't believe it .. also i need help for the stomach ache caused from all the laughing ... all of you involved here in the dispute have your point but very unprofessional way to express with this language (which in some moments gave me a good kick of fantasy to understand it) ...
Redax u have to pay the ppl man if you want to keep the respect ... its like your boss to tell you at the end of the month ''u know i have no money to pay you i have been minus this month ..''
if all of you involved in the problem keep the peace and the good attitude .. will have more respect, violence in any kind is no good reputation for anybody
hope to read here very soon that everybody is paid and left happily ever after ...
