I have started making music 7-8 months ago so i cannot say i am that experienced in this but i surely love it! My question is this: I try to make in Fruity Loops 2.72 an FX which many artists have used before especially in the progressive style. It is voices, not Pads but very short chorus voices which play very fast and create a great effect. I have heard it recently in Astral Projection-Power Gen but i am sure that if i search my HDD i will find many other tracks who have it. I just can't make something that looks like it.
Any kind of help would be accepted :)

first of all, don't try making somthing that'll look like it, make it SOUND like it ;-)

second of all, switch to FL3 Full, it supports all FL2.7 effects and patterns.

third, if you want a short voice which is chorused, just cut the sample by it self (or open it in the piano roll and play with the length of eace sound,) and than add the chorus effect.

here's another example of a short voice thingy in a great track: BLT: Beat Manifesto (Feat. PsyCraft). oooh those scary voices, they haunt me! ;-)
