Well - mud and mayhem abounds! We managed to get a lift, thanks to Dom and Blaze...around 5:00 in the morning on Sunday after a nice night at the Mass. Arrival was not hampered by any police, only one car and they stopped to say hi and ask what we had been up to the night before! Wonders will never cease!
Arrival at the site and we were greeted by a typically clear Liquid Connective sound system and some storming tracks being played. We also arrived to a vertitable quagmire. Tarpaulins had been put down on the ground to make it easier to dance, but you still sank about three feet into the goo underneath! This did not stop the enjoyment - great to be outdoors listening to this music again, it has been too long between drinks and I was getting heartily sick of squat parties!
The production was excellent and for the most part the police stayed away. Just a few visits and a couple of odd types taking photos. Some friends got stopped at Haling, but managed to talk their way through and walk down to the party (45 minutes). Dedication for you.
