Dear "the mind". Was i the one insulting people here or was it a certain Mike A (a person who hold a huge grudge against me personally) and to an extend now you who insulted me? Just a question for you to reflect upon.
I got my own reality and yes i did quit the scene as an artists after giving up getting bookings. That does not mean I can not express my opinion as a person and ex. artists in this scene.
I know some people like you have a hard time when artists speak their mind or when people are not being dandy jolly positive living on a pink acid cloud. But I can assure you many active artists agree with me! They are just so damn afraid of not getting bookings that they stay silent. Sad really!
So have your opinion and have your twisted idea of what kind of person I am and see if I care. I know who I am and so does my friends. That's all I need. I don't need the sympathy of some random dude on a trance forum. I speak my mind and address topics many people think about but does not dare to open up because the jungle drums would kill their chances of ever getting a gig. So yes I am probably my own worse enemy but i rather stay true to myself and my believes than to stay silent to kiss some organizers or forum members behinds www.beatagency.dk

Kris, I do hold personal grudge against you because of your political opinions (which to my humble opinion means you're a stupid cunt).
But let's be objective, ignoring our happy past together.
Just like mr. the mind said, whenever he sees your posts, it's all being negative, and "I'm not getting booked boohoo".
You said before that what you post is not how you are in real life, but maybe it is?
Maybe it's something about your way of talking, something about how you behave or whatever. Obviously something is getting you not booked while all the other kids in the school are getting loads of gigs.
Again, try looking at yourself instead of looking for other people to blame. Reminds me of your political views as well, but we will not start it (again). And this is from a totally objective point of view, ignoring the fact that I hate you.

All the above might be truth, but it's also possible that nobody wants douche-bags to play in their parties. I for one wouldn't. Also it can be due to the fact that your music sucks and has been forever. But hey, it's just me and my opinion right? Everyone in the world is doing something without me

why are we having this discussion in 3 topics then? you've started the same conversation in both ozora's and sonica's topic...in fact you've asked Gino to listen to your music and consider to book you...this is not the behavior of someone who has given up on the scene
at least be honest with everyone and admit that if given the option you would gladly play at any of these festivals and you wouldn't be leaving posts here
and if you were given a hefty sum for a gig fee after it I'm pretty sure you wouldn't be complaining about the festivals here..of course most artists aren't spending their time and talking about the lineups on these forums, they're too busy either doing gigs, making music or even posting updates on facebook, anything else is better if you want to get a fanbase really
the irony is that I agree with you on a few points, but they all come out wrong just because of your attitude, I suggest you just focus on your music for a change, try and find greener pastures

I am still flabbergasted how you are allowed to call me a cunt and insinuate my political vies are against you as persons, which i know for a fact some of you have indeed lobbied against me to organizers and people on forums in general claiming i am anti-Jew and a racist when the fact is you know nothing about me as a person and where i stand politically which is far from being a racist or anti-jew - but i guess some of you want to believe what you want no matter what i say, and other insults and still not even get a warning. Maybe because you are friends with the admins here? But I get it. It's ok to insult me here. It's all fun aren't it? You surely are some nice kind personalities

Of course. I never denied that I want to play. I just said i gave up after being ignored for years. But that does not mean I should keep my mouth shut. At least that's where I am coming from and wont change no matter how many insults i get here.
I did not ask Gino for anything.I made a point that he never bothered to reply back to me even though he claim he does get back to artists.Big difference. Its been a year since i bothered to contact him after trying to get him to reply back to me for more than 4 years.

I highly object to being accused of being a racist and anti-jew as Mike A insinuate and I do hope the moderators take such accusations very serious! If this is going to be a international equal community not favoring Israelis as the admins claim they want these accusations has to stop immediately. Its simply very very insulting and not ok!

well I think it's safe to assume that he doesn't get back to every single person that submits music, I've organized a few smaller festivals with friends and made 2 compilations, in that period I've gotten tons of emails from people with music and the amount of emails I would have to send out is insane
I've also sent emails to festival organizers for possible gigs and haven't gotten a reply, so what? I'm not gonna cry about it, I admit it does piss me off a bit to get put on a mailing list just because I sent an inquiry but I'm not gonna start bashing someone or lose sleep over it.
My point is that you should spend more energy on making your music better than complain about the current situation...you're not gonna change it this way

Yeah easy to say stop to a flame war after such insults and personal attacks. Sometimes maybe consider people's feelings a bit before you insult them. I entered this debate and debated equally with no insults just expressing my views and instantly I am being attacked and insulted really bad. Why? is it such a big crime here to have an opinion?
