Liat's art show opening - Mecca Bar, Tel Aviv, January 26

Mid week fun 
Location: Mecca bar, Nahalat Binyamin, Tel Aviv. A nice bar, nothing too exciting about it, but at least it's nearby.
Music: aparently this was organized by Dudu and Senka and is supposed to be a weekly thing. This week it was a Domo night. I got there when Huda-G was playing and I was happy to hear that he has matured. I enjoyed this set, and after all those years of bitching about Huda  I think he'd finally got it..  Then Nadi came on stage and continued to put good music and send good vibes.
People: Mixed crowd - some came through the trance organizers promotion, some, like me, came to see Liat's paintings.
All in all, this was a nice way to have fun in the middle of the week. I liked the paintings

Definatly the best thing about this nice evening was the crowd... a fine selection of peaople, lots of freinds & family
Liat's paintng are beautiful. As a freind of this young artist, i've known her works for quite a while.. i even have 2 t-shirts she painted for me ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/99786092@N00/57972449/in/set-1254660/ )
Believe me, she's gonna go far. look out for more of her in the future...
Music was good n' bumpy... i only heard huda's set - 2 thumbs up. one of the better sets of yours that i heard.
it was also roee's birthday... mazal tov achi.
Had fun... thanx everyone...

indeed a very groovy night...
very nice reliefe before the exams start, I loved Liat's paintings they are vey psychedelic and original, and I think that in general more art should be combined in Trance parties... decoration is something that is usualy put out because people claim that the nature is enough... well nature is gr8 but art can make the experience of the party million better especially under some substences ... look at the festivals in Germany....
about the music, well I think a lot of the progressive of today especially in Israel tends to be too fluffy and towards the House... but it fit the occasion and the pub enviorement plus the crowd was amazing and great vibes...

An enjoyable Wednesday evening indeed!
I came for the ppl+music and not for the paintings which i didnt really notice...
The atmosphere was superfriendly and enjoyable.
Arrived when Nadi went on the decks and gave a cool & funky set.
The sound system was going up and down in the Bass department which was a bit of a bummer,but the whole place was drunk quite quickly and i doubt many people gave a shit

Indeed it was a more clubby oriented set by the Sheriff but like u said i beleive it was suited well for the moment. PinkE girl i bet u will get your satisfaction @ the dungeon this friday
