'Ey guys! been working on and off, a lot with this.
So i guess i've been taling a lot more time to complete this, but i guess this is pretty much it, i'm working on the leads a little, they all are at -10dB but they lack a lot of liudness, maybe some advice there!
How to spice this up generally.

Hope you still enjoy the track.

Wow, i can't believe this is the third thread i create where nobody leave any comments! Hahaha

well some of you drop by on SC, and some still send me PM's tho, so thanks for that though!

But let's put this differently.
Why isn't this a track to send in for mixing and releasing it?

Hi!

Well, the workshop section is not the most user friendly, most people just pass by it and don't give their 2 cents... IMO we could have a mini JavaScript player going through the workspace topics, and allowing you to commend on the current listening track, but the moderators don't have much time to implement that

Related to your tune, I've hear a lot of worse stuff being released, so IMO I don't know why you wouldn't master it and release it.. except that many labels don't actually try to help out, they only want the money! So, you should get famous first, then release

Nevertheless, the whole idea of "releasing an album" is getting deprecated - albums were created to fill out the communication medium (vinyls, tapes, later CDs, etc), but nowaday the means of communication has changed so much that I believe the whole industry should have a change. So, try to get exposure in your own way, if you think your tune is what you want then pay 50 bucks get it mastered and try some free net labels or whatsoever, burn your own cd's and give them away, use your imagination to exploit the current communication methods to do just that: communicate your sound.

Such said, and nothing about the tune

The tune is really great I would try to put more aggressive sounds in, like try feeding on of those leads into a distortion or saturation machine to make them scream (I really like the rat pedal, here's a VST that simulates it http://bedroomproducersblog.com/2012/11/17/r47-vst-plugin-by-tse/ )

I'm not fully aware of your kick/bass levels, due to my lousy in-ear headphones, but it seems like something weird is happening between 300 and 600Hz, but a mastering engineer will point out what's wrong and either ask you to fix it or fix it himself (if possible)

So, forget about what all of us think. Just make music, and try to get it out to as many persons as you can, through the medium you can           Super Banana Sauce http://www.soundcloud.com/knocz

Myeeeaah, I guess only bluenames are truly appreaciated at the workshop. But it's alright. Some day, some day. Who knows, maybe people will hear my music around the place. It's a subtle and achieveable dream i guess.

And now, for a speech about Li/fe's dream.
My dream is to have my music played live, and see peoples faces light up and smile. That's about it. Bringing people joy and happiness is what i do best. And spreading my joy through music . . .
Some day, some day.

I guess i could start giving away little CD's around the place when i feel like i'm ready for it! That wouldn't be too bad of an idea. Good advice. I'd like to focus on internet exposure though.
Since i'm gonna need much more courage to get up on that stupid stage myself no matter how small hahaha.

Also, that plugin was pretty much excactly what i've been looking for a long time. Without knowing ofc. But the sound of it is just amazing.

And as you probably can tell, i know exactly what lead to apply it to as well. (3:31 oh yeah bby)
So thanks a lot for that too!            http://soundcloud.com/li-fe

sorry, i just click randomly on threads so if i don't comment on yours don't feel sad

way too melodic for my taste...
production wise beyond my level of telling what you could do better...
if you have the chance to release it do so and watch what happens next i bet thats best for your confidence. no need for understatement!
