How do you calculate the lfo time to fit the tempo of your song ?is there a software that can do it on a mac ?AU ?           Ate pepper? Drink juice!

60/bpm = delay time for beat in seconds, multiply with 1000 to get millis. Any calculator will do.

To get 1/16th notes, divide that by 4 (beats are already 1/4th notes).

So for 120bpm and 1/16th note you would get 60/120/4 = 0.125 seconds

Oh sorry, i somehow thought you were asking delay times. Nevertheless, frequency is just inverse of delay (or cycle) time. So turn it upside down.

freq = bpm/60 for beats or bpm/15 for 1/16th notes

So if your bpm is 120, freq for full cycle on every beat is then 120/60 = 2Hz for beats and 120/15 = 8Hz for 1/16th notes.

Is that what you asked for?
