Here is a page where anly you have to put on the BPM of your track and will display
not only delay time but LFO frequencies in case you dont have sync options.
http://www.forret.com/tools/bpm_tempo.asp
Enjoy.

easier still....
60000 divided by the bpm will give you a beat length in milliseconds...
bpm divided by 60 will give you the frequency (hence in hertz) for setting up an lfo...
i think these are the only 2 formulas ull ever use in music production...

bloodclot, nothing much to it really...if you know the beat length (the first formula) you can set something like say the delay timing...nowadays, u have the sync button which does it automatically...but if u dont have the option, then the formula is helpful. same with say reverb length, or the predelay time to make the reverb sound more with the rhythm of the tune...this could be helpful if ur adding short reverb to percussion... the reverb bounces in time with the beat...
the second formula is helpful if ur setting the lfo time on an effect...say phasing....again, you would have the sync button which will bring the lfo controlling the phase in time with the tune...but again if that option is not available, the formula is useful!
