Which one would you suggest getting? The powermac or the powerbook?
laptops allways scare me when comes to music making - because they are so small.... I suddenly think they are weak and useless.
I'm talking about the master DAW machine here.
  Crackling universes dive into their own neverending crackle...

For the homestudio i would buy a POwermac,but for the live a powerbook.
I dont think laptops are weak and useless,but they are more expensive. You have just to check how much memory you can put on it.
You can't install a internal interface on it,but now we have usb and firewire interfaces that rocks too... |

obviously I will use firewire....
I don't think I can afford both a powermac and powerbook - that's a little too much
