Lebanon Experiences?

Hey everybody!
So it looks like I'm getting booked to play a set or two in LEBANON of all places. This would be in a "rave" environment as far as I know.
I haven't been able to find out much about the Lebanon scene elsewhere; especially the state of psytrance. I wanted to find out of anybody had experiences in this matter? Have you ever gone to any parties (psytrance or not) in Lebanon? How were they? What kind of music is most popular? All my searches seem to point that the scene there is much like the USA, where it's UK/Euro based in terms of who is popular.
And I don't want to stand up there and inadvertently drop tracks people aren't into over there.
For the record, I mostly play Melodic Full-On.

True. Nonetheless, if anybody has insight I'd love to hear. Apparently tech and progressive are HUGE there; but that's no different from here. I haven't properly gauged people's tastes overall. More or less, not trying to figure out which genre to play; but which sub-style to go for.

just play whatever u like man, create your own story and giwe it to the crowd, they would not book, they booked u to giwe them new expirience, not to lsiten the tracks they already listened before over and over again, that can be done by them too

BTW its by Eyal Barkan but thats okay as long as there is a will there is a fight...the dancefloor will be the battle and every 30 mins or so a fresh psy remix version of Michael Jackson's "Blood on the Dancefloor" should be played, just to clean up the mess. At the end play Shpongle- Star Shpongled the Banner...The winner is the one with most dancers on the floor...find a good location in central Beirut..have fun

if you feel like mixing in some metal in the middle you can do Sepultura -- war for terittory!
Also, i would end the set like oliwisdome used to back in the day -- end it with John lenon's all we are saying is give peace a chance.
