thats a typical and not very good actually Theremin like sound..

most synths have a theremin preset somewhere in their banks.

the ones i know that have..

try a triangle waveform through distortion. The pitch is slightly modulated by LFO at about 5 or 6Hz.

it think the key is an oscilator with saturation parameter, which fills the waveform with some harmonics

maybe chorus on top of it?
