hey guys, I would like to know how to do these kinds of leads:
-> 5:44. All the sounds of A-mush have this kind of lead ripped. I've tried to add distortion, but do not know what to use VST, because not all work ... Someone help me? I have seen many people using these psy melodies.help me?

Use any FM synth.
Get the FM harsh sound, must be easy if you know the FM theory if not please research. Use any wave combo u like... square + saw, or both sqr / saw even noise.
Then use HP or BP very resonant filter + distortion and an LFO modulation to the filter's cutoff or automation.
Other helpful tool for the task is portamento to taste and small variated notes that overlap sometimes an octave or higher to achieve those scratching like sounds.
